Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. Items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect are returned at our cost.
Every FreeClip is covered by a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the delivery date and handled directly by Forvani.
If a defect is confirmed, we will repair, replace or refund your product, and we cover the return shipping.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, drops, misuse, unauthorised repairs, liquid damage beyond the IP54 rating or normal wear and tear.
To make a claim, email support@forvanistore.com with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Does it go inside my ear?
No. FreeClip clips onto the outside of your ear and directs sound toward the ear canal, leaving it open.
Will people around me hear my music?
At moderate volume, sound stays close to you. As with any open-ear design, some sound may be audible at high volume in quiet places.
Can I wear it with glasses or piercings?
The clip rests on the middle of the outer ear, away from most glasses arms. If you wear a piercing in that area, simply slide the clip slightly up or down until it feels comfortable.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 8 hours on a single charge and up to 36 hours in total with the charging case. Battery life varies with volume and usage.
Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom, Spain and Brazil, and shipping is free on every order. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days to the UK and 5–7 business days to Spain and Brazil.
What is your return policy?
You can return your FreeClip within 15 days of delivery, no reason needed, as long as it is unused and complete. There are no restocking fees and refunds are issued within 7 business days of receiving your return. See our return policy.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
